Information: Contract

Food and Beverage

Gourmet and theme menus are available upon request. Please ask our Catering Office. An 18% Gratuity and applicable tax will be added to all food and beverage purchases. An additional $200.00 service charge is applicable for group meal functions under 50 people. All planned functions of a group should be arranged at the time of booking the event. Culinary Delights must receive all menu selections and special requests no later than twenty-one business days before the event.


Payment Policy

Fifty percent (50%) of the function cost is required when the function is booked in order to hold the function date. The remainder is due with the final guaranteed number of attendees 72 hours prior to the function.


Guarantee and Cancellation Policy

A final guarantee is required by 12:00 p.m. three business days prior to the atered function. This guarantee is the minimum number for which the group is charged for the function. If no guarantee is received by the Catering Office, the last indication of the number of attendees will be considered the guarantee. Any function canceled after deposit is given to secure and before three business days of the event only 50% of the deposit will be refunded. Any function that cancels less that three business days before the event will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the function. All functions catered by Culinary Delights require a $300.00 set-up fee. This fee covers materials necessary for food service (i.e. dishes, glassware, utensils, chafers, etc.). This does not include items such as chairs, dinner tables or linens for dinner table etc. Pricing also includes all setup, service, breakdown and cleanup.

Decorations

Affixing anything to the walls, floors or ceilings of function rooms and halls is the responsibility of the customer and must be cleared by the facility management. The customer assumes all responsibility for any damage to a function room by his attendees.


Security

Culinary Delights Catering does not assume responsibility for items left unattended in public areas or function rooms.

Staffing

Culinary Delights will provide 5 staff members per function. Sit-down meals for more than 30 guests (and some other large events) may require additional contract wait staff, whose services will be billed by Culinary Delights to the customer. Culinary Delights will let the customer know as soon as possible when this is necessary; even, in some cases, after a function has been booked.


Audio/Video

Selections of audio/video equipment and services are available to rent.


Entertainment

Musicians, orchestras, etc., are booked by the customer and are solely their responsibility. Our Catering Office personnel will provide information on entertainment groups upon request.
